Program A Success!

Thanks to all of our wonderful Primary children for such a great program today.  We heard tons of great comments from the Bishopric, the Stake Primary Presidency, and members of the ward.  We have a great Primary!

Remember that next week is Stake Conference, so we will not meet on the 24th.  Stake Conference will be at the Eagle Springs building.

Girls have activity night this Wednesday (10/19) and the boys have Scouts.

Saturday, October 30 (at 6:30?) will be the ward Trunk-Or-Treat.  There will be games inside the building and trunk-or-treating in the parking lot.  We hope to see you all there!

Primary Program Next Week

Due to scheduling conflicts, there will be no additional practice for the primary program this week.  We sent home parts with all of the children who were there today, but here is a copy of the program in case you need it:

As another reminder, children who have been asked to write their own parts for the program have until next Sunday, August 8, to get them to Sister Silverberg.  E-mail them directly to debsilverberg@gmail.com or bring a copy to church on Sunday.  We are hoping to have a final copy of the program completed by August 15.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

PROGRAM TALKS DUE!

If your child received a talk assignment for the program, tomorrow is the due date to have a copy to Sister Silverberg.  You can e-mail them to me at debsilverberg@gmail.com or give a hard copy to your child's teacher or a presidency member.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any questions.

Primary Program: It's coming!

We began handing out assignments for our annual program yesterday.  If your child is in senior primary, he or she is being asked to write a short thought or talk and submit it back to me by the first Sunday in August.  (Parts can be e-mailed to me at deb1000faces@yahoo.com or handed to any member of the presidency anytime.)

Junior primary will work with their teachers to learn their parts.  We hope to have copies sent home and posted on the blog very soon.  Please leave a comment or send me an e-mail if you have any questions or concerns.

Quarterly Activity: Summer Celebration

We will be announcing our June activity very soon!  We are hoping to have a fun day of water play with the kids to celebrate the start of summer.
